Shipping is a service that Vinny Ten Racing offers to their customers utilizing various shipping carriers based on the best possible rate available to them for their customer. Vinny Ten Racing reserves the right to adjust, modify and edit all Shipping and Handling policies as they see fit. Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous materials, mounted tires and wheels, oversize items, and remote delivery areas. Vinny Ten Racing will not be responsible for any damage, delays, problems or issues created by the carrier.

Claims and Errors

All items shipped have been packaged carefully and double checked by our shipping staff prior to the carrier picking up the item(s). When your item is delivered it should be inspected immediately, in the presence of the carrier, prior to signing and / or receiving. Vinny Ten Racing will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Any claims of shortage or damaged shipments must be made by calling 631-414-7590 within 48 hours of receipt.

If due to our mistake you should receive an incorrect item, we will issue a call tag or arrange return shipping on that item by one of our carriers with no extra charge to you. All claims on our error must be made by calling 631-414-7590 with in 48 hours after receipt of the item(s).

Tracking Numbers

We always want you to know when your shipment is arriving however we do not supply tracking numbers directly to you. Unfortunately people have used tracking numbers to scam the system, it is because of this, and only this that we no longer provide tracking numbers. However we are more then happy to track your package for you, please email or call us (631-414-7590) with your order number and we will be happy to track your package. Please allow at least 1 full business day after placing your order before contacting us.

Misc Shipping Terms

Vinny Ten Racing can not and will not ship to a P.O. Box. All items are shipped signature required. Vinny Ten Racing will not be responsible for any issues that are related to someone else signing and / or accepting any item shipped to the address you supply. Vinny Ten Racing uses various shipping carriers. If you are trying to place an order to be delivered outside the Continental United States of America, you must place your order by phone 631-414-7590. It is at the sole decision of Vinny Ten Racing to ship anywhere outside the continental U.S. Additionally shipping other then that quoted may be possible if shipping outside the U.S. Vinny Ten Racing holds the option to arrange what they feel is the most reliable shipping carrier to make an outside the U.S. delivery. Occationally Vinny Ten Racing will offer shipping discounts or deals for items purchased. These discounts are considered a courtesy and should not be considered a given right given to any sale. Shipping discounts may be removed, modified, or adjusted by Vinny Ten Racing at any time for any reason. The customer would be responsible for any shipping charges related to their order. Vinny Ten Racing will try to make every possible attempt to discover all fees and alert the consumer before that item(s) are shipped. Any refused shipments sent back to Vinny Ten Racing does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is Vinny Ten Racing's policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee.
